Seller Onboarding Manager (Finnish language)

• Training, introduction, and coordination of sellers to help them have a better integration process;
• Communication with sellers on the introduction of new goods;
• Maintenance of the product range in the Company's content management system;
• Understand the requirements and needs of a sellers during the onboarding process;
• Implementation of the set goals;
• Solving various problems with the sellers product range

• Higher education;
• Work experience in team coordination/trainings field;
• Experience in seller supporting or customer focused fields;
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian, Finnish and English languages;
• Experience in Marketplace or e-commerce retail field – would be advantage
• Strong communication and leadership skills;
• Orientation to the result and attention to details;
• Initiative, diligence, responsibility, honesty and desire to achieve results.
