Position's purpose and areas of responsibility

Ensure that all transactions are processed with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards and work processes and to helpaccounting specialists perform according to standards. Handle and take ownership of queries from customers in a timely manner.

• Processing invoices for the assigned company codes, in a timely manner according to the standard procedures and the company guidelines.
• Handle requests sent to the mailboxes for the company codes assigned
• Participate in period-close procedures, audit activities.
• Review deliverables prepared by junior members of the team
• Support teamwork, collaboration and consistency across all sites and functions
• Training new employees, in cooperation with direct manager
• Continuously and accurately document service-related business knowledge: DTPs, process maps and other related documents
• Support Team Lead in accounting data monitoring and analyzing, produce financial reports
• Provide high quality services according to KPIs, agreed controls, policies and procedures, etc.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and productivity
• Participate and assist on projects on accounting area or on related topics, new ERP systems and tools implementation, misc.
• Executes all other position related tasks delegated by direct manager.

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting or other relevant field
• Accounts Payable process expertise
• Customer service mindset
• Solution and development oriented, problem solving skills
• Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Advanced written and oral English language skills are mandatory. Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Finnish, Swedish language would be an advantage
• SAP experience, Basware would be considered as advantage
