Key responsibilities:

• Leading complex client projects and cases with minimal supervision needed
• Ensuring accounting cycle runs smoothly, preparingfinancial and accounting reports
• Regularly communicating with clients on client casesand projects 
• Demonstrating proactive approach in buildingrelationship with clients and seeking for strongunderstanding of clients’ needs and objectives
• Effectively leading and coordinating work of junior colleagues
• Systemizing own knowledge and sharing with others

Reikalavimai

We are looking for someone with: 

• Degree in finance, accounting or economics
• At least 3-5 years of proven successful experience in accounting, finance and/or audit
• Experience with IFRS, Lithuanian Business Accounting Standards, corporate and tax law
• Advanced user of MS Excel and experience with accounting software
• Proactive approach, organizational skills, excellent analytical skills and accuracy
• Willingness to deepen professional and personal competencies, ambitious professional goals
• Excellent command of the English language
• ACCA is an advantage
