I am Aiste Kernagiene, leading Accounts Receivable and Shop Accounting Teams within Accounting Operations and Support department at Telia Global Service Lithuania. We are competency hub for Telia Company, delivering products and services in IT, Analytics, Telecommunication Networks, Software Development, Sourcing (Procurement), HR, Finance Operations. The hub is working with cutting edge technology to ensure group digitalization agenda across Nordics and Baltics.
Right now, I am looking for Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant to join Standard Accounts Receivable team. Your journey will start being the part of new companies’ transition.
Your next challenge?
The team you will be part of is responsible for accounts receivable daily and month end tasks: handling B2B customer incoming payments, maintaining AR Ledgers, collections, customer queries and balance sheet reconciliations, etc. The team also plays an active role in projects and various ad hoc requests and investigations related to Accounts Receivable (AR) area.
Who are you?
To excel in this team, you need to be a flexible person who embraces change, have attention to details and have inspiration actively engage in driving and supporting improvements. You are also expected to support our stakeholders, the business, with expertise to ensure correct accounting.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- AR daily and month end tasks, i.e. handling customer payments, maintaining AR Ledgers, collections, customer queries and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting colleagues as well as your leader and stakeholders in the areas of accounting
- Driving continuous improvements and actively engaging in projects related to AR
- Preparing and analyzing KPIs
Your experience and skills:
- >2 years of solid experience in Accounts Receivable
- Solid excel skills
- Solid English language and communication skills (knowledge of other Nordic languages considered an advantage)
- Analytical, solution and detail-oriented, structured approach to work
- Analytical, structured and pay attention to details
- Ability to work individually and take initiatives and perform well in a team
- Experience from SAP ERP (an advantage)

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 2170 to 2700 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
