Job Description
The Company is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to complement the existing team by providing analytics, market research, transactional support on the buy- and sell-side, as well as asset management and reporting services to the Parent.
Responsibilities:
- Screening and evaluating real estate investment opportunities across Europe across a wide variety of asset classes, both commercial and residential. Be a lead person for a project, including:
- Modelling investment opportunities for more complicated opportunities
- Guide, supervise and support junior colleagues
- Form an opinion: Assess resulting detailed projected cash flows and report conclusive findings and opportunity summary to London Investment Team
- Supporting/ leading during acquisition/ divestment processes:
- Being the “owner” and manager of existing investments
- Assistance with real estate sector specific market research and reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in audit, financial analysis, or real estate field
- Experience in real estate or property management industry
- Critical thinking, good communication and forming an opinion skills
- Experience with the full MS Office work suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in project management
- At least a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, maths, business management, real estate
- A track record of high academic achievement
- Strong written communication skills in English - both short form (email) and long form (memos)
- Experience with coding and data analysis toolkits would be considered a strong advantage (Python, SQL, R, etc.)
- German language knowledge would be considered an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a structured way
