Senior Business Analyst (Advisory unit)

Join the Advisory unit in Danske Group IT Lithuania which is currently expanding and looking for a Senior Business Analyst. The unit is responsible for the development of 2 out of 10 of the most critical systems in Danske Bank. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be involved in delivering the most advanced customer oriented digital solutions in a high-speed Agile environment.

We would like you to

• Transform business requirements into customer oriented solutions
• Take ownership of systems and act as product owner
• Act as a conduit between the business and the development team
• Analyze, prepare, make a plan and carry out the tasks in the project related to business analysis

• Strong track record of business analysis experience in a global organization
• Demonstrated experience of challenging others around you including the business, your team, your managers
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
