Senior Business Analyst in Global Analytics

The need for automated decisions is increasingly more important for Danske Bank. In Global Analytics area we have a high performance team working with the responsibility of a Decision Engine framework - a state of the art Decision Engine Tool. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support other departments utilizing the tool, holding workshops, breaking down decision requirements, setup the project for them and facilitate the implementation of their rules.

You will work with standard Decision Requirement Analysis, method and handle decision scope early in the business analysis process. You will also work with development, test and simulation of the decisions. The role is a hybrid between business and IT and you will probably spend just as much time together with the business side as with the IT side.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate to business on a daily basis on the ongoing tasks and projects
• Facilitate business in identifying and analyzing business rules
• Facilitate impact analysis for revising or replacing business rules and act in a consulting capacity to a project team
• Act as liaison between business and IT teams and to promote awareness about the business rules approach
• Facilitate and plan work with development team on the actual Decision Engine solution implementation

• At least 4 years of business analysis experience in a global organization
• Bachelor’s degree or University graduate in IT, business management or relevant
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience in facilitating large workshops with stakeholders
• Great facilitation skills and an ability to see the big picture
• Experience with complex projects, breaking them down into smaller parts
• Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with high level programming language such as Java or C# would be an advantage
