Responsibilities:

• Analyzing concepts for new products and product improvements;
  
• Creating high-level design documents for product development concepts;
  
• Synchronizing information about upcoming projects with other engineering and non-engineering teams;
  
• Supervising creation of detailed technical and functional specifications of projects;
  
• Transfer of works and completion of respective documents;
  
• Counselling of the relevant business unit team in technical matters;
  
• Consulting and advising the colleagues in matters regarding work-related duties;
  
• Improvement of professional skills and qualification to match one's duties.
  

Requirements

Pre-requisite knowledge, skills and experience:

• Thorough understanding of business processes;
  
• Strong business acumen;
  
• Understanding of system architecture basics;
  
• Very good verbal and written communication skills;
  
• Very good negotiations skills;
  
• 5+ years of software development industry experience (particularly facing customer and understanding business needs);
  
• 3+ years of working close to the customer-engineering boundary on either side;
  
• Very good spoken and written English language.
