We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to join our Finance team in Common Products & Services within Telia Company in Lithuania.
Your next challenge?
You will be working in our global finance organization and close cooperation with the country finance team as well as with the CPS unit Business Controllers. The role is to be our controller in the country responsible for our core financial processes and secure way of working. You will also be part of working with planning and forecasting as well as managing and following up the country from a CPS perspective.
You have both the commercial awareness and an ability to understand our business, whilst at the same time be very strong in the financial area, identifying accounting and financial issues and proposing improvements in our financial processes.
You will perform financial reporting and provide support to the country business related areas.
Who are you?
You are a person who has high-level analytic skills and at least three years experience. You are a person who wants to gain a broad finance perspective. Also, you have a high ability to understand business models and scenarios, challenge and drive continues improvements.
As a Business Controller we think it is important that you have:
- Strong financial skills
- Good communication and social skills
- Very good cooperation skills since we are working in a matrix organization
- A positive attitude
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Basic knowledge in accounting and reporting
- Analytical skills, excellent attention to detail as well as ability to see the big picture
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and very good knowledge in English.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 2000 - 2900 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee
