Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Position Summary:
Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a challenging role which will be focusing on the data backbone of the data analysis data warehouse and SQL Server exception alerting system. This position will be closely working with analyst and development teams to identify the requirements. Incumbents will conduct extensive problem solving based on these requirements. The senior Business Intelligence Analyst will plan, and implement the required solutions. The successful candidate must be proficient in subject matter expert interactions and support activities. The Business Intelligence Analyst must subscribe to a highly disciplined development methodology, be attentive to detail, and focused on delivery of highly reliable and available solutions. The position will report to the Analytics Manager and work hours will be 09:00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop new solutions on Microsoft SQL server and resolving issues.
• Analyze, design, developing and implement database schemas.
• Understand and maintain data preparation logic.
• Capture information from various sources, prepare data to provide additional meaning and load the updated data into the data warehouse.
• Consolidate and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Create detailed documentation based on gathered requirements.
• Complete various projects as assigned by management.
• Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement to management.
• Ensure compliance with all company confidentiality policies including patient information, client information and team member information encountered while performing job duties.
• Understand, support, enforce and comply with company policies, procedures and Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct.
• Display a positive attitude as well as professional, polite, considerate and courteous conduct and treatment of others in the course of duties.
• Occasionally available after standard work hours to resolve client needs.

Skill and competence Requirements:
• Considerable exposure to the operation and analysis of relational database software and standards, as well as data retrieval methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, T-SQL and SSIS/DTS, experience in SQL query writing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL server 2005, 2008, 2012
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
• Bilingual Lithuanian and English.
