Senior Business Process Analyst

• Identify and present process workflow constraints in a clear manner to all levels of management;
• Introduce and deploy process improvement with control and optimization strategies;
• Create and deploy KPIs to measure adoption rate of new process improvements;
• Consulting with stakeholders from all business units to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights;
• Extracting data from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making;
• Designing and building reports and analyses in Excel (OLAP Cubes).

• 3+ years of business analysis or equivalent experience;
• 2+ years in business process modeling;
• Experience with process modelling tools: MS Visio, Bizagi, etc.;
• Experience in successful implementation of process improvement and control metrics;
• Experience documentation in BPMN standards is a plus;
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and advanced Excel skills;
• Ability of methodological approach to service standardization and data collection optimizations based on current company data;
• Ability to stay focused while managing competing priorities and deadlines;
• Experience as a Business Analyst on development projects is a plus;
• University degree;
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
