Job Description

We want to scale our marketing operations by building a smart automation and artificial intelligence ecosystem. But we know that automation only works if the logic behind it is flawless. That’s why we’re looking for a business process architect who can own the discovery, prioritisation, and adoption of our Agentic AI roadmap.

Marketing at Vinted is a mix of data-driven modelling, like media forecasting and marketing mix models, and creative collaboration with external agencies and production studios. In this role, you’ll act similarly to a product manager. You’ll deeply investigate these processes, simplify them, and design the logical environments where autonomous AI agents can execute workflows without getting stuck.

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role. You’ll partner directly with our marketing stakeholders to discover opportunities, and collaborate closely with our engineering team to turn blueprints into production code. While a background in marketing is a plus, it isn’t a blocker. If you bring world-class logic, an understanding of code, and a passion for Agentic AI, we’ll help you learn the domain.

  • Own the product discovery roadmap and prioritisation for our marketing automation and Agentic AI initiatives, collaborating with the automation lead to present technical roadmaps for sign-off.
  • Conduct deep-dive discovery into marketing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose logical solutions that include a technical deep dive into data flows and system impacts.
  • Hand over your process designs to our engineering team, partnering with them during their technical discovery phase to agree on the final solution before anything is shipped.
  • Design robust error-handling and fallback loops, deciding exactly how an AI agent or system should respond when an input is wrong or data is missing.
  • Build and maintain simpler end-to-end automations directly in n8n using ready-to-use nodes to fast-track value without using core engineering resources.
  • Own the adoption phase of every project you launch, running business QA, training marketing teams, and tracking metrics to prove the tool solves the problem and saves time.
  • Maintain a centralised library of technical documentation and process maps so our team can reuse logic modules across different projects.

Requirements

  • You’ve spent three or more years working as a business process analyst, systems analyst, technical business analyst, or in a product management role focused on operations.
  • You have some development or coding experience. You don’t need to write production code here, but you can look under the hood, understand APIs and JSON payloads, query databases with SQL and comfortably participate in engineering deep dives.
  • You love product discovery and working closely with business stakeholders. You know how to listen to a colleague's manual process, strip away the noise, and isolate the core business problem.
  • You love logical process mapping and flowcharting. Whether you use formal BPMN 2.0 or structure your own clear maps in Miro or Lucidchart, your diagrams account for exceptions, gates, and fallback loops.
  • You have a strong understanding of Agentic AI systems. You understand how autonomous agents operate and can actively contribute to the design of our broader automation architecture.
  • You speak and write fluent English, with excellent communication skills that allow you to act as the perfect bridge between creative stakeholders and technical engineers.
