Engineer customer centric processes
As a Senior Business Process Consultant you play a key role in designing processes across the end-to-end value chain. Your responsibility will be to facilitate and design customer centric processes, business logic and collaborate with stakeholders around the process design to ensure at solid service design.
The most important asset is your mindset. You are self-driven, passionate and ready to challenge the current state. As a Senior Business Process Consultant you will play a vital part in establishing a dialogue based work environment. You have a strong desire to deliver clever process design and excel in facilitating collaboration between process, customer experience, business developers and it-developers.
Requirements
You bring to this position a master's degree as well as solid experience working with process design and optimization (ideally 4-7 years) and you master facilitation as well. The following experience is also key but not a prerequisite:
- Lean Six Sigma optimization (belts are preferred)
- Basic consultant skills
- Process hierarchy
- Process design and modeling using a variety of tools and techniques
- Process logic (rule based modeling)
- Automation of processes (collaboration with it-developers and analysts)
- Agile experience is preferred
