Job Description

eBusiness Security department is hiring Senior Change & Release Manager, a person with strong communication and analytic skills, broad IT knowledge and experience in Service Process management. Located in Vilnius, Change & Release Manager is responsible for managing implementation of the IT changes prepared by eBusiness Security department’s application development and application maintenance teams based in Denmark, India and Lithuania.

Job purpose:

  • Change and Release Manager facilitates successful introduction of changes to an IT system or environment
  • Change and Release Manager defines the change and release processes which are used by the IT application development and infrastructure organization when deploying ¬new services, improvements or fix of trouble tickets
  • Change and Release Manager is responsible for the preparation of reports and documentation to reflect the quality output of the change & release management area
  • Change and Release Manager has an overall responsibility on optimizing change and releases processes locally in the department.

  • Responsible for controlling the Lifecycle of all Changes. The primary objective of Change Management is to enable beneficial Changes to be made, with no or minimal disruption to IT Services
  • Develop and improve change & release management solutions and processes
  • Execute Change Advisory Board meetings and support the service of the change management tool
  • Head of the change & release processes regarding planning, coordination and communication
  • Define and establish appropriate quality measurements and metrics for Change Advisory Board meetings and other change & release forums
  • Ensure early quality assurance and see correct use of change gates/review throughout the change process
  • Create and maintain Freeze, Release/implementation calendar
  • Coordinate the verification of releases


  • University or higher education degree
  • 4 + years of working experience within IT Service Operations
  • Good English language skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written), teamwork and inter personal skills
