Job Description

  • Planning and organising cleaning service and sales activities ensuring that the service provided is in line with international standards and our customers requirements;
  • Revision of service agreements, providing suggestions for improvement;
  • Planning and executing budget of the department;
  • Monitor and follow up the management of resources (people, materials) to ensure budgetary control and profitability (P&L responsible);
  • Service and sales analysis and preparing reports;
  • Preparing calculation for tenders;
  • Leading, motivating a team of service managers, organizing work;
  • Searching for new suppliers, negotiating;
  • Maintaining good relations with customers;
  • Ensuring a healthy, safe and secure working environment is in line with current legislation and company HSE policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3 years work experience in cleaning service industry;
  • Knowledge of cleaning services and customer service;
  • Leadership skills;
  • Very good analitical and organisation skills;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Ability to work individually as well as in a team;
  • Fluent English, Lithuanian, ability to communicate in Russian;
  • Driving licence.
