Job Description
Enterprise Collaboration group have a goal to help Danske Bank employees to collaborate, reach agreements and create value for customers by using modern means of electronic communication. Our goal is to ensure that communications in electronic space is safe, accessible and simple to use. We use MS Exchange, Skype For Business and custom developed tools to reach these goals. You will be contributing to these goals by developing, operating and maintaining solutions for telepresence, digital signage and video broadcast.
Responsibilities:
- Advice and design video solution to support business demands.
- Research and evaluate video and collaboration technologies and products.
- Evaluate and implement operational tools.
- Participate in solving major incidents and performing RCA.
- Perform capacity management.
- Prepare technical documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum a higher education of 3 years duration (Bachelor / equivalent experience/education or higher (preferably a master). Further education of 3-4 years' duration
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience with Telepresence from Cisco.
- Deep knowledge about meeting rooms solutions, Telepresence, Skype for Business, Conference solutions and collaboration tools.
- Deep knowledge of Digital Signage.
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Video Platform, Webcast, Broadcast.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure and concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills for problem solving.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design, implementation and operation.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent English.
- Good teamwork skills and attention to details.
