Senior Core Infrastructure Administrator

• L2/L3 IT infrastructure support, maintenance and upgrade;
• Support, maintenance and develop VMWare base virtualization solutions;
• Support and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server based operating systems;
• Local network and firewalls maintenance and development;
• Troubleshooting Incidents, root cause analysis for problem records, apply permanent fix, driving them till implementation, eliminating reoccurring issues in IT infrastructure;
• Collaboration with vendors and external IT services providers;
• Creating and updating technical documentation and architecture solutions.

• Computer science or similar Information Technologies diploma;
• More than 5 years experience of IT infrastructure support role;
• Hands-on experience of network switches, routers, firewalls (Cisco would be considered as advantage);
• Intermediate experience of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems support and maintenance including Active Directory and Terminal services;
• Intermediate experience of support and development virtualization solutions (VMWare knowledge would be considered as advantage);
• Hands-on experience of Linux operating system support (Would be considered as advantage)
• Hands-on experience of Storage and Backup technologies;
• English Skills at least B1 level (intermediate), Russian skills are preferred (B1 level would be considered as advantage);
• Excellent communication skills, Ownership and delivery result mindset, Strategic thinking, Problem solving aptitude, Teamwork and good time planning skills, Adopting to change mindset.
