Our purpose is to disrupt traditional banking and deliver innovative solutions directly to our banking customers. We work with some of the most advanced technologies. We are organized in small teams with full-stack developers in very close contact with our direct business reference. 

Your Role

1. Data analysis

  • Collaboratively define business and technical requirements, perform analysis, design, test and implement solutions as related to websites and components and platform capabilities enabling websites and other digital consumer experiences
  • Understanding cause and effect of different issues from website activity and related events. Able to understand not just what happened but why
  • Understand patterns and identifying opportunities for stakeholders
  • Tool development – identifying better ways to report and display data
  • Help the organization collect the correct data and ensure it was working as expected

2. Strategic thinking and consultancy

  • Creating insights from data to present to stakeholders
  • Partner with multi-discipline stakeholders to understand objectives and strategies and translate them into technical requirements
  • Define and drive site and platform improvements and enhancements

3. Digital Marketing

  • Identify opportunities where appropriate to revise business processes to maximize value from technical capabilities
  • Researching omni-channel opportunities
  • Coming up with recommendations for marketing optimisation
  • Report on and recommend improvements across different digital channels (organic and paid search, display, social media, mobile advertising, BTL)

4. Marketing knowledge

  • Have working understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Understand underlining marketing principles

Requirements

  • Familiarity with marketing technology tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google tech manager, Tableau), solid experience with SQL, SAS, R, Statistica or similar platforms
  • Experience in attribution modelling methodologies
  • Experience translating business requirements to technical specifications as well as gathering, defining and managing technical requirements. – Experience working with a cross-functional team comprising of multiple geographical locations.

  • A bachelor degree or higher. Fluent in English
  • Be a fast learner with a good attitude, inquisitive and analytical
  • Passion for all things both marketing and online, need to be proactive in your thinking about how data can better help your organization
