Requirements

Key requirements for a successful candidate are:

• Project Leader skills, 2+ years of successful experience in a role of Project/Technical Lead;
  
• Experience in managing client communication and defining project scopes;
  
• Agile development methodology based on scrum;
  
• 5+ years experience in C#/.NET (Web services, Remoting, Multithreading, WinForms);
  
• Strong knowledge of .NET 4.0, C#, Hibernate, workflow frameworks;
  
• Good knowledge of Windows WCF, Visual Studio 2010, Team Foundation Server 2010 (version management, build management, automated testing);
  
• SQL experience;
  
• Good knowledge of Software development methodology and software lifecycle processes;
  
• Fluent English is a must;
  
• Understanding of testing types and methodologies;
  
• Preferably is also knowledge about invoicing / billing and ledger solutions;
  
• EU passport or permission to work in EU / Finland;
  

• Communication with client and client’s development team
  
• Clarification and conformation of requirements
  
• Participation in development process
  
• Presentation of results
  
• Feedback provision
