Senior product developement engineer

• Control technical communication both to Customer and internal during all new product development and integration process;
• Initiate value-stream-mappings and / or process changes (innovations) to achieve best production efficiency and customer expectations;
• Control new product implementation projects and feedback to product designs, ensure risks mitigation;
• Control serial production support operations;
• Actively contribute and participate in Quaterly Business Reviews and etc.

• Bachelor or Master Degree in manufacturing, electronics, mechanics or mechatronics engineering;
• Minimum 5 years in relevant work experience (preferable in electronic industry);
• Good knowledge within electronics production process, electronics production standards;
• Proven capability to manage projects;
• Very Good English skills;
• Interpersonal skills including high collaboration with others, negotiating and presentation;
• Management skills;
• Performance management capabilities;
• Ability to work with challenging deadlines and frequently changing priorities.
