Strategic Staffing Solutions International is looking for Senior Project Manager.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Ensure that the project delivers as agreed in respect of content, time, quality and price
  
• Produce high level and detailed project estimates
  
• Liaise with the development team to gather estimates for development in order to include into the project plan
  
• Produce draft and detailed project plans
  
• Effectively deal with risks on a continuous basis
  
• Define and manage project milestones
  
• Actively supervise project participants, follow-up to ensure high quality and efficiency through motivation

Reikalavimai

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
  
• Deliver projects end to end through the lifecycle
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in interacting and communication with a wide range of individuals (end user, client leaders, IT and Business Executives).
  
• Leverages project management experience and knowledge by acting as mentor on relevant training or by providing on-project PM learning to team members
  
• In-depth knowledge of the project lifecycle process
  
• Self-motivation and goal-orientation
  
• Fluency in English (spoken/written).
  
• Experienced project management professional with solid technology knowledge, financial sector expertise a plus
  
• Good knowledge of financial project budgeting; aware of own cost drivers and experienced at negotiation discussions with internal and external suppliers and customers
