SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Lead a newly created team in the field of technical building equipment
Manage the team members according to the project and to develop them
Manage Full project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment
Be responsible for the implementation of the performance goals agreed in the contracts in technical, scheduling and commercial terms
Protect and represent the interests of the company within the scope of the contract and to that extent. Depending on the status of the project, candidate and the respective specialists from heating / cooling / air conditioning or sanitation will be accountable to the client
Cross-functionally Act as a liaison with the clients and collaborates to align resources serving customer demand.

Engineering Degree (Master or Bachelor) with a focus on Building Technology in the field of HVAC
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Senior Project Manager position
Knowledge and experience in managing larger construction projects (about 5-10 million euros)
Advanced German or English knowledge: fluent in all spoken and written communications
Experienced in conflict management and goal oriented.
