Join Danske Bank’s Customer Communication Management Delivery team and help shape the architecture behind one of the largest customer communication ecosystems in the Nordic banking sector. The platform is responsible for creating, managing, and delivering customer-facing communications such as statements, notifications, tax documents, and other regulated messages across multiple banking domains.
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will work across multiple cross-functional teams, driving end-to-end solution design, architectural consistency, and scalable delivery. You will play a key role in connecting business needs with technical solutions while helping teams build reliable, future-ready systems that support millions of customer interactions.
You will report to Elvis Ramovic, Chapter Lead, and join a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement, shared ownership, and technical excellence. The onboarding process is structured, with a dedicated development plan and no immediate firefighting expectations, allowing you to gradually build domain knowledge and become fully effective within approximately six months.

Important: Candidates with limited architecture experience may also be considered if they bring a strong engineering background, exposure to architectural work, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
