Our client – an international manufacturing / trading company, which is expanding rapidly and now is looking for Senior strategic purchaser.

Job description

• Annual risk assessments and actions to mitigate sourcing risks;
• Locate and implement annual savings according to budget;
• Support New Bizz with locating and approving new suppliers;
• Yearly tendering on selected items;
• Ensure dual sourcing on critical component;
• Reduce the number of suppliers in each category group;
• Relocating suppliers in cooperation with customs;
• Support category managers with statistical data, etc.

• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience from similar work function;
• International sourcing experience;
• Negotiations skills on a strategic level;
• Ability to make presentations for decision making.
