Job Description

As a Senior TA Partner, you will lead and execute the full recruitment cycle and help us to constantly grow the company in Vilnius

Main job responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Work with big recruitment projects
  • Ensure the best candidate experience during all recruitment cycle
  • Build candidates pool and be in touch with potential candidates
  • Manage relationships with key business leaders
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview committees on sourcing strategies and other elements of the hiring process to ensure quality hires and efficiency
  • Lead the employer branding initiatives
  • Work to excel the recruitment process in the company
  • Constantly develop creative sourcing and attracting channels
  • Be a part of the growing HR team and participate in other HR activities and projects

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of experience with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
  • Experience in recruiting multiple different positions at one time
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of sourcing channels and techniques
  • Ability to manage high volume recruitment projects
  • Track record and passion for not only sourcing and hiring candidates, but the right candidates that add to the company culturally and professionally over the long term
  • Ability for timely delivery of suitable candidates through out the process
  • Team player attitude
  • Good English skills
