Senior UI/UX Product Designer

About the team:

Qoorio is a young company of 20 people, co-founded about a year ago by Lithuanian unicorn Vinted co-founder Justas Janauskas and acclaimed writer Gabija Grusaite. Qoorio was launched in June this year in Vilnius and has 27k+ members. In November Qoorio raised €2m seed to invest in product development and growth.

Product plans:

In the next 6 months, Qoorio will focus on developing strong social network features, such as newsfeed, visual content creation, and content consumption. Besides that, we plan to release a web platform, as currently, Qoorio is available on iOS and Android only.

What we are looking for?

We are looking for experienced Product Designer to lead Qoorio product design in mobile and web platforms. You will report to Head of Product, but will be closely involved in collaboration with development teams. This is an opportunity to grow with the company and lead future product designers in the future.

Upcoming design projects are:

- User Content Creation and Engagement tools design
- Lead design of web platform
- Product design system creation and maintenance
- Existing flows UX improvement
- UI update with animations

We look for (must):

- Minimal 4 years of experience in product design and/or user experience related design position
- Focus on thought through user experience is more important than shiny presentation
- Solving product problems through design
- Ownership of UI and UX in full process from concept wire-framing to polished design
- Pixel perfect attention to details and preparedness for development
- Great communication with product and development teams
- Eagerness to experiment with a number of different directions before finding the right one
- Sharp understanding of the importance of design system
- Close connection with users for feedback and usability testing

We look for (nice to have):
- Experience in product teams
- Mastered Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Lottie, AE and other prototyping tools
- Passion for UI animations
- Love to dogs, octopuses or other animals
