Your key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• 3rd level Windows Server Platform troubleshooting and support
  
• Working with Incident and Problem Management according to ITIL processes
  
• Manage firmware updates, agents and hardware support tools
  
• Platform oriented tasks
  

1. Provisioning, Disk expansions, Terminate servers
2. Orders, Quality Inspections

Requirements

• 5 years experience with Windows Server 2008 & 2003
  
• Good knowledge of Managing Active Directory DHCP/ DNS servers and activities, Domain controller
  
• Experience with Virtualisation Technologies (VMWare ESX)
  
• Good knowledge of Backup toolset (TSM, Backup Exec, Arc serve, etc.)
  
• Working knowledge on Windows Server Patching
  
• Experience with SAN/NAS
  
• Very good troubleshooting and support skills in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008
  
• Experience of working with Incident & Problem Management
  
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently to meet team targets and KPIs
  
• Ability to guide and teach less experienced team members
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  
• Experience working in an global enterprise environment
  
• Passionate about serving customers and customer interaction
  
• Understanding for the importance of prompt and correct service with the customer in focus
  
• Attention to details
  
• English language orally and written
