Senior/Junior Marketing Specialists

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Developing, managing, and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, white papers, research papers, and brochures.
• Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns and run initiatives end-to-end on all performance channels.
• Provide monthly analytic reports with recommendations specific to driving and optimizing traffic, behavior, campaign response, keyword research/analysis, SEO, and SEM opportunity.
• Define KPIs for campaigns and develop marketing plans accordingly.
• fully understand the market goals of the organization and be set to accomplish the same within the predetermined deadline.
• Review new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Desired skills and experiences;

• University degree in business, marketing, media, communication, or engineering.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies, and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.
• Superior project and time management skills; excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in different social media platforms and a proven track record building B2B brands via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
