My name is Daiva Marcele and I am leading Online Sales team. We are a diverse team of strong and energetic leaders, passionate about our customers, technology and Telia. We are looking for a new team member, responsible for SEO.
Your next challenge?
Your main responsibility and challenge will be to create and manage SEO strategy. Work with peers and other business units (digitalization, commerce, marketing teams) to identify business needs and ensure SEO strategy is supplementing sustainable online business growth.

You are proactive, result oriented and always hungry for more. You are already familiar with SEO and have a proven track record. You are ready to lift your knowledge to another level as well as our online business growth.
Your personality:
- Well organized, disciplined and detail oriented
- Communicative in nature with positive attitude
- Strong work ethic, engaged team member with high degree of professionalism
- Able to work in a team with a diverse group of colleagues and managers
- Stay cool in stressful situations
Your experience:
- Expert knowledge of SEO, including tools such as GA, GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and other (certificated would be an advantage)
- You understand Off-Site and On-site importance and know how to make it better
- You are familiar with HTML
- Statistics and various reports for you is a must to make future decisions
- You can operate in highly complex and rapidly changing environment
- You speak and write fluent in Lithuanian and English languages

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 3000 – 4500 (gross) plus yearly bonuses which are depending on your competencies and your and Telia results.
