Job Description
Responsibilities and work:
- Answer on Customer Services related calls from customers properly (using proper etiquette, actions and make proper decisions), e-mails and chats
- Report immediately to Team Leader about possible unclear things
- Planning and organizing the working hours so that the tasks are done properly
- Use all necessary programs with responsibility
- Closely work together with team leader to find solutions for customer
- Self-development (including attending training, developing relevant knowledge and skills - reading emails and following the project related news on a day-to-day basis)
Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
- Willingness to help and solve problems
- Fluent Lithuanian language
- Good English and Russian language
- Interest or experience in electronics preferred
- Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
- Good organizational skills
