Job Description
Ensure high-quality delivery of IT services, manage IT service suppliers, consult and support colleagues about IT matters
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of obligations of IT services suppliers (IT Helpdesk, IT workplaces and infrastructure management)
- Manage IT services suppliers – ensure delivery of services according to Service Level Agreements, accurate reporting, improve existing and establish new processes
- Develop, evaluate and recommend detailed technical / systems / service solutions to optimise business and meet user requirements, prepare systems specifications, feasibility studies or requirements for purchase tenders
- Lead IT changes ensuring successful delivery of required functionality
- Plan and coordinate systems disaster recovery tests
- Ensure precise accounting of IT equipment and software licences
- Organise and coordinate purchasing of new IT equipment or services
- Continually improve skills by embracing new tools and technologies to enhance personal productivity
- Consult company’s employees about IT services’ related matters
- Plan and manage IT budget according to delegated authorities
Requirements
- University degree in IT area
- Excellent communication (oral, written), planning, organising, change management, problem solving, process management and development, relationship building / management skills
- IT service management successful experience
- ITIL knowledge
- Excellent computer literacy
- Very good Lithuanian and English language skills
- Driver licence
