Job Description
- To respond to internal and external telephone and email customer inquiries;
- To resolve open issues/concerns quickly and accurately;
- To ensure service level agreements and be responsible for client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of German;
- AND good knowledge of English ;
- Computer skills (at least user level);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Handling stressful situations, quick orientation;
- Customer oriented behavior.
