Job Description

  • To respond to internal and external telephone and email customer inquiries;
  • To resolve open issues/concerns quickly and accurately;
  • To ensure service level agreements and be responsible for client satisfaction.


  • Excellent knowledge of German;
  • AND good knowledge of English ;
  • Computer skills (at least user level);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Handling stressful situations, quick orientation;
  • Customer oriented behavior.
