Job Description

The ServiceDesk staff is the front office of the ServiceDesk and functions as the face towards the customer. He/she communicates with the customer to ensure proper understanding of what It-problem the customer needs help with. He/she also logs the requests and is responsible for solving the customers problem while on the phone or ensure that it is assigned to the right specialist team. ServiceDesk Staff works with one or multiple customers.


Requirements

Speaking, reading and writing skills in either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
Ability to communicate in English and/or Lithuanian.
Basic computer skills.
Motivation to learn IT and Scandinavian languages.
Good communication skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Ability to learn fast, flexibility and enthusiasm.
