Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, preventative maintenance, and high-level repairs of Sysmex analyzers.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues both on-site and via remote support.
  • Conduct professional training for laboratory personnel on the correct operation and daily maintenance of Sysmex systems.
  • Manage technical service reports and maintain up-to-date documentation according to international quality standards.

Requirements

  • Higher education in engineering.
  • Previous experience in servicing laboratory equipment.
  • Good IT and networking knowledge.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (for effective communication with clients, international manufacturers and equipment documentation).
  • A strong sense of responsibility, high stress resistance, and the ability to independently manage and plan your daily schedule.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Category B driver's license.
