Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the user provisioning service end to end (service request management, queue management, implementation of requests) in the region
- Ensuring SLA can be met
- Ensuring escalations gets resolved timely
- Consideration and driving of service improvements plans
- Socialize service improvement plans with all stakeholders (client and CSC)
- Consideration of required measures and controls (training, awareness, etc.)
- Supporting the compliance assurance manager in regards to compliance matters
- Providing monthly reporting/dashboard (quantity of service requests, escalations, etc.)
- Acting as the escalation manager for the user provisioning services team
- Run and maintain compliance assurance reporting function involving the creation and distribution of a number of monthly client reports in the areas of
Requirements
- 3-4 years IT Service management
- Good understanding of ITIL service management
- IT security experience huge advantage
- General understanding of IT infrastructure
