Job Description

• Carry out staff selection, on boarding, personal development, plan replacement;


• Maintain and implement a culture of continuous improvement in the shift, a positive work atmosphere and engagement.


• Plan, organize, coordinate and supervise the production and packing process in the shift;


• Ensure the implementation of the production and packing plan in accordance with the production & LEAN standards, quality, efficiency and safety requirements;


• Analyse production, maintenance situation. Recommend and implement solutions to improve performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in successful lead of production processes (advantage – food production);


• Knowledge of LEAN tools;- Ability to lead a team, develop and motivate subordinates;


• Strong analytical skills, ability to absorb new technological knowledge;


• Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, communication and collaborative management skills;


• Working language is Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written (advantage – Russian);


• High Education and good computer skills (MS Office, ERP).
