Job Description
The team will work for Nordic handling accounting for the stores. The team will, in cooperation with the business, secure the accounting and reporting process. As a team lead you will become a part of a team that develop people, drive changes and strives to improve existing processes.
Team Function:
- Managing the incoming payment flow in stores (posting of payments, clearing of related accounts, investigations of differences etc);
- Supporting stores and business in accounting related questions;
- Participating in arrangement of new routines and projects related to shops;
- Archiving of supporting documentation for the shops.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage, coach and develop a team of 4-5 employees;
- Evaluate individual and team performance. Carry out performance and development dialogue;
- Manages and monitor performance measures and service levels, and produce reports;
- Collaborate with the stakeholders;
- Responsible for stakeholder contacts and follow up of services delivered;
- Develop and ensure good quality in the accounting and reporting;
- Drive change and continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Preferably a bachelor in Business Administration or similar;
- Good leadership skills;
- Be able to drive change, coach and inspire group of people;
- Problem solving skills, in collaboration with the team and between organizations;
- Good communication skills, oral and written in English;
- Experience from working and communicating with stakeholders;
- Good Knowledge in business administration and accounting principles;
- Be able to have an overall perspective on the finance processes;
- Be able to discuss qualified accounting and tax issues with auditors.
