Job Description

• Order and Incident handling SIEM / Log management Infrastructure related tasks
  
• Daily maintenance on components and products within the log management area
  
• Planning, prioritizing, and handling of multiple tasks in an efficient way
  
• Advanced Troubleshooting and support skills
  
• Working with Orders, Incident & Problem Management according to ITIL processes
  
• Interaction with customer and 2nd level support to fulfill Operational tasks, Orders and Incidents as well as Maintenance activities (patching, upgrades etc.)
  
• Follow daily operational routines within the department responsibility area, e.g. daily system health checks, first level of incident, problem and capacity management.

Requirements

• Practical experience working with SIEM/Log management tasks (Experience of Q1Labs or Juniper STRM products meritorious)
  
• Able to multi-task and manage changing priorities to meet demands of internal and external customers
  
• Understanding for the importance of prompt and correct service with the customer in focus
  
• High integrity and respect for our customers and colleagues
  
• Ability to work well both in a team and independently to meet team targets
  
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
