Job Description
- Leading the R&D team (mechatronics, electronics and software)
- Budgeting and Headcount planning
- Planning and comprehensive control of projects
- Coordination of the relevant departments and subcontractors regarding the agreed specifications of quality, costs and deadlines over the entire project life cycle
- Consistent project controlling, especially monitoring of costs and contract dates and systematic contract/claim management, in particular performance and conformity audits
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in technical as well as commercial project management
- Proven record of leading a technical team would be a very prominent advantage
- Knowledge of the standard product development process and in mechanics and mechatronics
- High level of self-responsibility and independency, negotiation, presentation and planning skills
- Strong customer focus, high level of performance
- Experience and/or knowledge in the automotive/medical device – intensive care/aerospace/electronics industry would be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of the standard product development process and in mechanics and mechatronics
- Results oriented, ability to solve problems in a hands-on mentality
- Strong leader, entrepreneurial thinking and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
