Job Description

• Planning and leading construction work, ensuring quality and that work is completed on schedule
  
• Daily communication and coordination with clients and subcontractors
  
• Supervising skilled workers
  
• Participating in work regarding work environment and safety
  
• Participating in our company's internal quality management system and ensuring the compliance of our production with requirements, both project-specific requirements and business standards.

Requirements

• Experience of construction management on medium-scale construction sites (10 people)
  
• Experience and a good understanding of Swedish carpentry/construction technology
  
• The ability to read technical drawings
  
• The ability to make quick decisions within the appropriate area of competence
  
• High proactiveness and a result-oriented attitude
  
• Flexibility in adapting to different customer requirements
  
• A driver's license
  
• A constructive approach in solving different issues
  
• Computer literacy
  
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing skills.
  
• Fluent Lithuanian or Russian
  

• Ability to speak Swedish
