Job Description

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading and inspiring the young and enthusiastic Sky Bar team;
Effective management of Bar employees, their work organization;
Development of Bar concept;
Implementation of bar product sales and other promotional campaigns;
Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding guest service.

Requirements

Successful candidate should have a positive outgoing attitude, self-initiative and strong leadership quality with several years of managerial/supervisory experience, preferably in F&B area. Ability to work in the evenings and weekends, fluency in Lithuanian, English and Russian languages is a must.
