Social Media Support Specialist (REMOTE)

Get Ready To

• Solve queries of community members and providing support.
• Respond to all comments and customer questions on all posts and inbox messages.
• Interact with users and understanding their challenges.
• Organize and participate in groups building community and boosting engagement.
• Assist in the process of new customers’ onboarding.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers.
• Monitor and report on customers’ feedback.

We Expect You To

• Work experience as a community or customer experience manager would be a plus, but not essential.
• Be 100% customer-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Have common sense & perfect English skills (this is crucial).
• Have no fear of failing.
• Be curious and creative.
• Never kill the vibe.
