Software Engineer C++ (Mid/Senior)

Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.

In this project, you will be a part of an international team working on an IoT gateway called ConHub. The gateway automatically connects various gas detectors and transmits device data and alarms to the cloud. This solution optimizes management of different gas detection devices.

It would involve agile software development, code reviews, unit tests, etc. For this position we are looking for an experienced C++ developer who previously worked on large-scale, complex system design, as well as:

• Proficiency in C++
• Experience with Custom Linux (specifically Buildroot, but other platforms are also suitable)
• Solid understanding of hardware interactions and GPIO
• Experience integrating network modems (Wi-Fi, LTE, Bluetooth/BLE, etc.)
• Familiarity with communication interfaces and protocols (gRPC, HTTP/REST, D-Bus, I2C)
• Knowledge of Rust would be a plus

As a part of an international team, this person should also be able to freely communicate in English.
