Software Engineering Manager

• Leading and managing a team of software developers.
• Overseeing the development of products, participating in code reviews and mentoring employees.
• Identifying training needs, motivating and performance managing the team.
• Planning and executing the projects, ensuring that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver
products effectively.
• Monitoring individual employees’ performance.
• Helping employees resolve both technical problems as well as human resources issues.
• Providing leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

Requirements:
• Experienced with managing, directing and motivating staff to deliver projects with stretching scope and objectives.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Previous experience in software development or architecture using Java or .NET technologies.
• Experience in Scrum methodology and Agile practices.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• High command of verbal and written English.
