My name is Agnė Sokienė, and I am proudly heading newly established Enterprise Enablement team within Telia IT. The Enterprise Enablement team is focusing on HR & IT Services consolidation across the countries while keeping evolving and maintaining quality across our installed base. Strong engagement with our business stakeholders and partners will be key to secure best in class performances. As we continue forward, we are now going to recruit a Portfolio Demand & Delivery management services Solutions Architect being responsible for IT solutions design and integrations.
Your main responsibilities:
Design solutions and integrations for Portfolio Demand & Delivery management services and support in creation of roadmaps for this area
Take responsibility for understanding customer requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution to assist the business in meeting their business objectives
Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications by documenting solution designs
Proactive monitoring and supervision of problematic areas in the area and ensure fit to security/ other compliance requirements
Ensuring proper knowledge and information management for solution documentation
Consulting managers and other company unit representatives on solution design questions
Identify system, infrastructure or integrations interdependencies and balance competing demands to ensure deliverables are achieved
Evaluation and selection of solutions and services which correspond to defined target architecture
Keep current with Atlassian and other related technologies and trends and understand the appropriateness for the application and timing of those technologies with current and future demands
Your experience:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant industry experience and training
Experience with scoping and the ability to design and deliver portfolio demand and delivery management solutions
Expertise in Atlassian product suite (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA Service Desk)
Expertise installing Datacenter versions of Atlassian product suite (Advantage)
Experience migrating, consolidating, upgrading, integrating, and supporting Atlassian or similar products
Experience with Atlassian Cloud products and Migration (Advantage)
Customer consulting experience with a focus in Portfolio Demand & Delivery management, DevOps, Agile Development and Quality Assurance
Familiarity with customizing the Atlassian tools (Workflows, Types, Reports, Dashboards)
Strong Software implementation and migration knowledge (SDLC, Agile, DevOps, SCRUM, Waterfall, Coding/Scripting Testing)
Ability to manage multiple activities by keeping appropriate priorities and to work with a strong sense of urgency
High level of self-organization with strong goal-oriented mindset and focus for high quality
Good problem solving, analytical and creative skills
Ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers and good listening and persuasion skills
Visual, verbal, and written communication skills
Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written) skills
