The Position

As a Solution Key Account Manager for the Core Lab product line (18-month contract), you’ll be at the heart of our efforts to shape account strategies and develop go-to-market tactics. Collaborating closely with the Sales Director, Network Leads, and essential teams like Marketing, Healthcare Development, and Service, you’ll have the opportunity to create impactful solutions together.

Your role is vital in establishing Roche Diagnostics as a trusted partner for our customers. You’ll help shift conversations away from just price and instead focus on the value we bring through a Return-on-Investment (ROI) approach. By fostering meaningful dialogues, you’ll contribute to building stronger relationships and ensuring our customers see us as a strategic ally in their success.

Career Opportunities and Challenges

  • Support Sales and Finance leaders in business planning and pricing strategy.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions on complex customer opportunities using data from our CRM (Rexis) and market trends.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with senior customer stakeholders (C-Suite).
  • Provide regular updates on commercial activities in sales meetings to maintain and upsell existing customers through Solution Selling.
  • Monitor sales and profitability for dedicated accounts and develop strategies to address patterns as needed.
  • Set business priorities based on customer segmentation.
  • Create and implement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Roche Group's Code of Conduct, local laws, and internal policies.

Requirements

  • University degree in Natural/Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • Experience in the Diagnostics and Healthcare market with strong commercial awareness.
  • Over 3 years in commercial roles and customer-driven initiatives.
  • Project management and system thinking skills.
  • Strong networking and collaboration abilities.
  • Skilled in turning sales strategies into actionable plans and taking accountability.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Innovative and creative leader.
  • Digitally and IT savvy.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn.
