My name is Lina Kirkilovskytė and I am leading Sourcing Operations Vilnius team. I am currently looking for a Sourcing and Procurement Specialist as a great team player, professional and motivated individual who is looking forward to new challenges.

What?
Sourcing and Procurement Operations team is responsible for managing supplier relationships, interaction with company’s external suppliers, collaboration with internal colleagues and making sure that buying process in the company is effectively executed.
We strive to increase customer satisfaction and add sustainable value to our operation companies and other entities by securing supply of products and services with the right Quality, Service Levels, Technology and Total Cost of Ownership.

We are one, integrated, cross-company team consisting of highly skilled sourcing and procurement professionals who operate in deep collaboration with all our stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues.

The team member whom we are looking for will be responsible to:
• Actively work with stakeholders to understand their need and expectations
• Manage procurement and invoicing related assignments end-to-end and lead service improvements related to the field
• Maintain contracts and vendor data to secure compliance terms
• Report progress and escalate issues/challenges for the pipeline of procurement cases
• Constantly seek for opportunities to simplify processes and work in more efficient way
• Participate in the work to develop category strategies
• Contribute to overall sourcing and procurement performance and transformation

Actively work to ensure that the sourcing function is perceived as adding value to Telia Company You
• Have a bachelor degree from relevant field
• Are a real team player and have a team work attitude
• Have experience from working in international environment and/or already demonstrated your skills in similar role
• Are creative and innovative, have a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Are great at communication in English (verbally, written and visually)
• Are ready for new opportunities and challenges!
