My name is Viktorija Jakovleva - Ogut and I am leading Sourcing Support team. Right now, we are looking for a Sourcing Support Specialist as a great team player, professional and motivated individual who is looking forward to new challenges.

Your next challenge?
 

We are searching for a team member to a newly established Sourcing Support Team which is responsible for operational support in purchase orders validation, contracting and other activities, collaboration with internal colleagues and making sure that buying process in the company is effectively executed.
We are one, integrated, cross-company team consisting of sourcing and procurement professionals who operate in deep collaboration with all our stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues.
In order to excel in this role, you need to be analytical thinker, have very high attention to details, be motivated by challenges and new opportunities, have exceptional communication skills and preferably have previous experience in the field. You will also need to master cross-country collaboration challenges and participate in building a service-oriented team to deliver on expectations, in time with quality and expected business results.

The team you will be part of is responsible:

  • Actively work with stakeholders to understand their need and expectations
  • Managing Sourcing Support operations (purchase orders validation, low value purchases, support in contract implementation in system, etc.)
  • Report progress and escalate issues/challenges for the pipeline of procurement cases
  • Constantly seek for opportunities to simplify processes and work in more efficient way
  • Contribute to overall sourcing and procurement performance and transformation
  • Actively work to ensure that the sourcing function is perceived as adding value to Telia Company

The position is located in Lithuania (Vilnius).

Who are you?
We are looking for professional who:

  • Have excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Have a bachelor degree from relevant field
  • Are a real team player and have a team work attitude
  • Have experience from working in international environment and/or already demonstrated your skills in similar role (purchasing, operations)
  • Understanding big picture while being passionate for details
  • Always happy to celebrate achieved successes while not losing hunger for achieving even more
  • Can handle multiple tasks efficiently 
  • Are creative and innovative, have a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Have a great collaboration skills
  • Have experience in working with Microsoft Software package (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.)
  • Are ready for new opportunities and challenges

Working in this position you will receive a base salary of 1300-1600 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses which vary, depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
