Meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner;
Provide guidance to guests on the treatments, products and facilities at the spa;
Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to guests, respond to all the emails in a timely and professional manner;
Keep guests updated on currently available promotions and discounts in services offered in the Spa;
Keep the reception area and SPA clean and conducive for clients as they wait for their turn to be attended too;
Maximise spa utilisation/ diary/ bookings.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, exeptional customer service standards, needed for effective discussions with clients to promote the spa’s menu, treatment, products and events;
Possess passion and a strong knowledge of spa, wellness, beauty treatments and therapies;
Excellent multitasking skills to successfully handle several assignments together;
Fluent in English;
Computer literacy;
Experience working as a receptionist/office manager/FOH is an advantage.
